All orders are shipped with as little packaging as possible. Gokada is used to send all items from our Lagos warehouse. We will not ship to all states at this time beacuse of the security issues facing some states are still unclear.

Shipping from Lagos

If your package is less than ₦10,000 in value and does not require a signature, the courier may ‘safe drop’ it with anyone at your residence. If the parcel is worth more than ₦10,000 and/or requires a signature and no one is present to accept it, a notice card with pick-up instructions will be provided. The details of item pickup will vary based on your location.

Standard Shipping: If you return an order that was shipped using “standard delivery,” you will be repaid the product price as well as the initial shipping expenses. You, on the other hand, will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Free Shipping: If you placed an order with “free delivery” and later decide to return it, you will be refunded the product price, but you will be responsible for the return shipping costs because we paid for the first shipping.

International Shipping

We’re committed to providing our customers with the best value and service. We ship all orders in a clean and secure package without tracking information to ensure the safety of your items. We offer international shipping on all products, anywhere in the world (DHL Global). Whether you’re ordering 1 item or 10 items, shipping is just $35.99 USD!

How to Order

Shopping on Ekòkò.ng™ is quite easy!

Once you have found the cookware you want to buy, just follow the steps below:

  • Click on ‘Add to Cart’ to add the product to your cart.
  • Click on ‘Checkout’ in the pop-up that shows up.
  • Register an account or Login into your existing account using your email and password.
  • Enter your delivery information; ensure your address is complete and accurate.
  • Choose your preferred payment option.
  • Click on ‘Confirm order’ to complete your order.

Once your order is placed, we will either automatically confirm it by notifying you via Email, or we will call you for confirmation in case we need more details.

Please note that this confirmation is a mandatory step before we create the product for shipping.

If you are unsure whether your order has been confirmed, please contact us a few hours after you’ve placed your order.

Returns & Exchanges

If we send you the wrong item or size, or if your purchase arrived damaged, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping.

If you want to exchange your purchase for a different size or the box is returned because it was not picked up at the post office, you must pay for return shipping.

We do not currently provide exchanges. Please place a new order if you want to swap for a different product, size or shape.

How to Return an Item

You have up to 30 days from the date in which the products was delivered to you to return or change your order.

Sale items are final sale and hence cannot be returned.

  1. To return an item, simply send an email to [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our customer care representatives will walk you through the simple procedure.
  2. For a complete refund, make sure the cookware you want to return are unbroken, and packed neatly in the original packing, including all materials. You are welcome to repackage your return package in our packaging.
  3. Because you must pay for returns, choose your favorite return location and drop off your goods there.
  4. We’ll inspect the returned items and begin the refund procedure once we get them. The product price and initial delivery expenses will be repaid if you followed the return instructions correctly.
